How do I find my size?

We have comprehensive size charts available on our website for each style. These can be found on the product pages. 

 

Is MARFA STANCE clothing true to size?

As a general rule, MARFA STANCE clothing has an oversized fit to enhance our effortless style and aesthetic, however please bear in mind each item has been individually sized and does differ between styles. What is your return policy?

We operate a full exchange or refund guarantee if the garment is returned to us in its original and unworn condition. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. We will be in touch via email once we have received your return and endeavour to process all returns within five working days of receipt. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to a number of countries from our UK site. If your country is not stated in the delivery box at the basket stage, please contact us on info@MARFASTANCE.com. Please note that we do not deliver to every country due to courier restrictions, however we are more than happy to help you find alternative shipping methods.

 

Where does MARFA STANCE manufacture its clothing?

We produce all of our clothing in Italy. We choose our factories very carefully and it is very important to us to maintain a close relationship with each of them.

 

How do I make a return?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply send your purchase back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items can be returned for a full refund and should be in new, unused condition, with all garment tags still attached.

It is free to exchange items for a different size or style. When requesting your exchange using the return paperwork provided with your order, please specify the style and size required.

We offer free returns using the prepaid return label provided with your order.

Where does Marfa Stance manufacture its clothing?

How do I find my size?

We have comprehensive size charts available on our website for each style. These can be found on the product page. If you are unsure about which size to order, we do offer a return policy on any unworn items within 14 days for a full refund. 

 

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock and we think it will be replenished, there will be an option to sign up to the waiting list on our website. Once signed up we will contact you as soon as the item is available. For other out of stock items, please contact a member of the customer services team: info@MARFASTANCE.com who may be able to assist you.

 

Is sizing consistent between styles?

All our styles are sized slightly differently due to the fit, therefore we recommend using our comprehensive size charts when choosing the right fit, which are available for each style. Please note, as with all clothing manufacturing, there is a tolerance. Although we do our best to avoid inconsistency, all items cannot be exactly the same. Please let us know if you are unhappy with the sizing of an item, as although it may not be considered faulty, if the item is unworn and returned within 14 days of receiving your order, we may be able to locate a suitable replacement. 

 

If I have a fault with a MARFA STANCE item, how do I resolve this?

We are sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with one of your 

MARFA STANCE items. Please send us an email on info@MARFASTANCE.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase. We aim to respond within two business days with details on how to proceed. 

 

Do you offer a repair service?

We currently do not offer a repair service, however if you bought an item and it has a manufacturing defect we will of course do our best to get this repaired for you or look into replacing this. Please send us an email on info@marfastance.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

What is your return policy?

Once we receive your return, we will issue the exchange and send you an email to confirm.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving them. 

 

POLICIES

 

How do I claim VAT?

The relevant sales tax will be calculated during check-out and added to the total value of your order. MARFASTANCE.com is excluded from the Retail Export Scheme as Customs considers us to be a mail order operation. This means that we are unable to assist customers with reclaiming the taxes applied to any purchases from our site.

We are unable to refund international customs duties and sales taxes directly once goods have been dispatched. However, you may still be able to reclaim them through your local Customs bureau.

 

Will custom charges apply?

Any goods exported outside of Europe will be subject to custom fees, VAT and a handling charge from the courier. These are not included in the delivery cost and are the responsibility of the receiver.

DELIVERY

 

Will I be charged handling and custom fees?

Any goods exported outside of Europe or the US will be subject to custom fees, VAT and a handling charge from the courier. These are not included in the delivery cost and are the responsibility of the receiver.

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we are unable to accept any orders to PO box addresses and are only able to ship to valid street addresses, apologies.

 

What are your shipping options?

We offer various delivery options. Depending on which option you select and which country we are shipping your order to will vary the delivery date. 

 

What are the delivery costs?

MARFA STANCE offers free standard delivery to all customers.

Signatures will be required for UK deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.

EUROPE

– DHL Standard: Free shipping

REST OF THE WORLD

– DHL Express (3-4 business days) £40.00
– DHL Standard: Free shipping

For orders sent outside of the EU, customs and duties may apply to the order. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
Delivery times outside of the UK are not guaranteed and should be used as an approximation only.

 

ORDERS

 

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Please contact us on info@MARFASTANCE.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. We will always endeavour to make the requested amendments but please keep in mind due to postal deadlines this is not always possible. Please note, during peak periods, it is not possible to make amendments to orders.

 

Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm which will contain a tracking code.

 

PAYMENT

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and we offer the option to checkout via PayPal.

 

Which currencies can I pay in?

Currently we can only accept payment in British pounds.

 

Can I make a payment by phone?

Currently we can only accept payment via our website, following our webstore payment and checkout process.

 

WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

 

Do I have to create and account to place an order?

There is currently no option to checkout as a guest. To place an order with us please either create an account by following the instructions on the screen. 

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

Currently we can only accept payment via our website, following our webstore payment and checkout process.

 

GENERAL INQUIRIES

 

Does MARFA STANCE have seasonal sales?

We do not currently offer a seasonal sale since our product is produced in limited quantities and is executed to the highest quality standard in Italy. 

 

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Please let us know if there is an item you would like that is showing out of stock by sending us an email on info@MARFASTANCE.com. We can't make any promises however, on occasion, we will be able to locate the item for you from another location within the company.

 

Why not MARTHA STANCE?

MARFA STANCE was named in celebration of Marfa, West Texas.
