EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
To ensure a seamless holiday shopping experience, we’ve extended our returns period for all orders placed on or before and Wednesday, 25th December 2024. You’ll have until January 6th, 2025, or 14 days from the date your order was delivered—whichever is later—to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.
RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your recent order but if your purchase isn’t suitable, you have 14 days to return your order from the day it’s received.
We are able to offer complimentary returns and exchanges for orders delivered to the UK, US and Canada.

UK, US & CANADA
- Complimentary returns and exchanges on all orders within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- To return or exchange an item, please email a member of our team at returns@marfastance.com with your order number and reason for return and they will send you all information required to book your collection.
- All refunds for orders returned from the US & Canada will be inclusive of duties and taxes as per the price of the original order.

EUROPE (EU/EEA)
- Due to Brexit regulations we sadly can no longer offer complimentary returns and exchanges, the responsibility and cost will lie with the customer.
- Returns and exchanges are offered on all orders within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- To return or exchange an item, please email a member of our team at returns@marfastance.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back to us.
- All refunds will be inclusive of duties and taxes included in the price of the original order.

REST OF WORLD
- As a small business we sadly cannot offer complimentary returns and exchanges on international orders, the responsibility and cost will lie with the customer.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Orders returned to us outside of our 14 day returns policy will be refunded to you as store credit with an expiration of 12 months. Store credit will be issued in GBP only using the current exchange rate but can be redeemed against your local currency at time of checkout.
Items must be returned in a new or unused state with protective materials in place, tags intact and in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. You will be informed if we are unable to accept your return and therefore unable to grant you a refund. If your item arrived faulty, please contact us before proceeding with your return. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any customised or made-to-order products.
Orders placed with a ‘gift with purchase discount code’ - If any product(s) from the qualifying transaction are returned and the transaction would therefore no longer meet the qualifying spend threshold, the customer will also be required to return the Gift at the same time as they return the purchased product(s).
Once we’ve received your items, please allow our fulfilment centre 5 working days to process your return and issue a refund. Please note that after processing at our warehouse, refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.
During busy times returns may take longer than stated, we apologise for this and will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
